Cinnamon Pear Homemade Jam

At Sidehill Farm we take pride in preserving the taste of homemade jam using the same methods our great grandmothers used to assure there is more fruit and more flavor in every bite. We combine the finest fruits with pure cane sugar, and boil them down the old-fashioned way, without added pectin, preservatives or artificial ingredients. The rest of the world is coming back around to the idea of “slow foods”, but at Sidehill Farm there has never been any other way to do it.

INGREDIENTS: Nothing but Pears, Pure Cane Sugar, Lemon Juice, and Cinnamon.

Superb on toast, english muffins, crumpets, and also excellent as a condiment for chicken. Great balance of pear flavor with the slight tang of cinnamon! Love it!

I first tasted this wonderful jam on our vacation in Vermont/Maine this past fall. OMG...I can't get enough of it! Thank goodness you do mail orders!!!

For over thirty years, every holiday season, we order and assortment and spread the joy. My wife and I spotted the store on our honeymoon, way back when it used to be on Side Hill Rd. up in the Pittsfield area. I think that's where it was. The cinnamon/pear is my favorite. I make a loaf of honey wheat bread, toast a nice thick piece and cover it with the jam. Give it a try. Warning: Very addictive

This is a product that I seemed only to be able to find and buy on my annual vacation to Vermont. I Iwas able to buy it on line and enjoy it greatly.
