Cinnamon Pear Homemade Jam
If “cozy” has a flavor it is our Cinnamon Pear Jam, bursting with chunks of sun-ripened pears and a hint of cinnamon. Try this ultimate comfort food on your morning toast or English Muffins for a sweet and mellow start to your day.
At Sidehill Farm we take pride in preserving the taste of homemade jam using the same methods our great grandmothers used to assure there is more fruit and more flavor in every bite. We combine the finest fruits with pure cane sugar, and boil them down the old-fashioned way, without added pectin, preservatives or artificial ingredients. The rest of the world is coming back around to the idea of “slow foods”, but at Sidehill Farm there has never been any other way to do it.

INGREDIENTS: Nothing but Pears, Pure Cane Sugar, Lemon Juice, and Cinnamon.

This is single-handedly without any competition the best jam I’ve ever eaten in my life. Cinnamon pear is not a jam I ever considered trying but now I need a lifetime supply. My favorite way to eat it is with cottage cheese on a slice of sourdough. It is amazing. Thank you Sidehill for creating such a delicious, simple, yet perfect jam.

Superb on toast, english muffins, crumpets, and also excellent as a condiment for chicken. Great balance of pear flavor with the slight tang of cinnamon! Love it!
